Kevin M. Mason, Owner


Kevin M. Mason is a Licensed New York State Funeral Director/Embalmer.  He is credentialed from Simmons Institute of Funeral Service.  Kevin was selected by the Pastor of St. Casimir's Oratory, (directly opposite the funeral home) to be a Parish Trustee.  He serves as the President of the Entertainment Committee, Chair of the Finance Committee, Co-chair of the annual Lawn Fete and is active on the parish counsel.  Kevin is the founder of Stepping Stones Through Grief and G.O.A.L.S (Going on after loss successfully), their monthly support group. 
Kevin serves on the Speakers Bureau for Hospice Buffalo, He is an active member of the Kaisertown Coalition and chairs their by-law committee and their National Night Out.  He is the Vice President of the Five Points Block Club and an active member of the North Buffalo Block Club Association.  He is a volunteer for the Junior League and Gilda's Club.  He is a member of the Erie-Niagara Funeral Directors Association.
In his spare time, Kevin enjoys boating, swimming, bicycling, cooking and gardening.
The Kevin M. Mason Funeral Home sponsers the Annual Veteran's Day Mass at St. Casimir's Oratory as well as the annual "Kaisertown" Clothing Renewal Program every December. The Kaisertown Clothing Renewal Program provides winter clothing for children and adults in the area. Approx. 400 people are provided new and lightly worn winter clothing every December. We are a FAMILY FIRST Funeral Home providing on-going ammenities to each family we serve as well as the Kaisertown Community. Kevin M. Mason has published childrens' coloring and workbooks relating to the loss of a loved one. These books are free of charge and available in the funeral home library or by calling the funeral home.

The Kevin M. Mason Funeral Home has a dedicated group of part time funeral assistants, drivers and attendants to respond to the needs of our families and visitors during calling hours and services.
